Location and Map
Our hospital is located in the beautiful city of Fair Oaks, Ca just beyond the village area. We are off Winding Way and directly on Fair Oaks Blvd. Next door to us is a convenience store and on the other side is Bonner's Pest Control.
Serving the Fair Oaks, Gold River, Citrus Heights, Orangevale, Folsom, and Granite Bay areas.
From Interstate 80:
Take Madison Avenue exit East
Turn Right at Fair Oaks Blvd (stop light after crossing Sunrise Blvd)
At the second stop sign turn Right and our office will be on the left-hand side.
From Highway 50:
Take Sunrise Blvd exit North
Turn Right at Fair Oaks Blvd
Follow Fair Oaks Blvd to the left through the main part of town
At the Y-intersection follow Fair Oaks Blvd to the right
At the stop sign turn Left and follow the road up and around the hill to the right. Our office will be on the right hand side.
